Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Phone Harassment and Stalking

I was wondering how I would go about pressing charges against a woman who has been harassing me as well as threatening me over the phone. The situation has escalades to stalking this past Friday when she and four of her male friends came to my apartment complex looking for me. Please let me know what I can do, if I do have a right to press charges against this person.

Re: Phone Harassment and Stalking

I would advise you to, first, call the police if for no other reason than to have a record of your trying to get their help. I would then call them again each time another incident happens. Then I would advise you to consult with a local attorney to consider a restraining order and/or a suit for damages.
