Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

verble contract breech

My sister left her husband and hometown and moved in with me.She wanted a divorce and had no funds. I agreed to help her by paying for the divorce. She wanted a cemetary plot next to mine, a car and a cell phone.I agreed to pay for these items on the condition she would be living with me.She swore to me she wanted to live with me forever. I had just lost my husband in an accident and have terminal cancer.Well after paying out all this plus her upkeep she decided to move back home. Now she says all this was a gift from me to her and she owes me nothing. Do I have a suit to sue for breech of a verbal contract. Our relationship is permately broken.

I would think it best to try and forget about it. Although, if the plot is worth the invetment in attorney's fees you may have an action to recover that expense.
