Dispossession
I filed a didpossession on the 4 of may . I saw my tenant today and she told me she has left the property 05-08-07 . Can I the landord go in and rent the property now before the dispossess is servied or do I have to wait

If the tenant has abandoned the property, you may legally take it back. However, keep in mind that the tenant may later deny that she told you that she left the property. To be perfectly safe, you should file a dispossessory and, if she has moved out, you can get a writ of possession pretty quickly.
