Lease home in Forecloresure

Leasing a home now over a year, but the lease was only for a year. Lease expired in Aug of 2007, but found out that the home is in foreclosesure. What is my rights?

You are on a month-to-month lease, which may be terminated upon 60 days from the landlord and 30 days from the tenant. However, a foreclosure purchaser may apply for a writ of possession and have the marshal enforce an eviction.
