Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I moved out of rental home. I did a final walk-thru with the owners. They approved everything and returned a 100% of my deposit. One day later they call and inform me that the garbage desposal is loud and the refrigerator ice maker is broken. They want me to pay for the repairs. What is my legal obligation?

Did you get their walk-through document signed and did you get a copy with date and landlord's signature on it??

Given your facts, they have no claim (assuming you received a copy of the signed document for the walk-through, you should have no trouble in Court if they sue you)
