Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia
severe staph infection
my husband went in the hospital for a heart catherazation and by pass. he survived the surgury quite well but died days later with staph infection. Can I sue the Hospital?

I think it is doubtful. I understand that staph infections happen frequenstly. However, consult with a local attorney.
