questioning /searching personal property on school grounds

first question is it okay for a minor to be questioned by school officals (vice prin. etc) in a setting such as an interrigation without first contacting the parent

second question is it legal for police to come on to school grounds make the minors unlock their vehicles send them back inside the school while they search their personal property

Yes, and yes, as general answers. You provide no facts to get a more specific answer. Most schools make the vehicle search policies very clear, and it is a condition of bringing a vehicle on school grounds. Again, we don't know the facts.
