Legal Question in Immigration Law in Hawaii
I filed a i-130 on sept 2009 it is outside of the proccessing time and I am stuck for over 2 months waiting for a interview date. I call USCIS every day and I always get a different answer when I ask whats going on. I am 4 months pregnant and unemployed I need my husband to be here to help me earn money for the baby and my son. Please help me move this along any advice you can give would be great.

Before your foreign husband is allowed to come to USA on an immigrant visa, and after the I-130 is approved, you (as a wife) will have to sponsor him and execute an Affidavit of support. You will be required to show that you are either gainfully employed and can financially support your husband, or have significant assets that can be converted to cash. In alternative, if you are unemployed, you will be required to get a Joint Sponsor, a person who will agree to take financial responsibility for your husband.
It's not clear from your post what is the problem with a pending I-130 petition.
