Legal Question in Immigration Law in Hawaii

I'm a legal permanent resident here in US. My girlfriend is a Fiipina and lives in the Philippines. She holds a valid tourist visa and wants to come over here. The plan is for us go get married.

1. Is this legal?

2. If ever we get married here in US, can she stay with me and apply for permanent residency?

3. What is the best and shortest way to have her here in US legally?

Yes, you can marry. No, she can;t just move to USA after the marriage to you, a permanent resident.

The fastest way would be for you to become a USA citizen. In this case, she will be eligible for an immigrant visa (green card) immediately.
