Legal Question in Banking Law in Idaho
credit cards
If I am paying less than the minimum on my credit cards (about 6 cards), can they garnish my pension and social security monthy payments, and will it go to collection after 6 months, even though I am paying something? My rent has been raised, health problems, had to quit one part time job, I am 69 years old. Thank you

Re: credit cards
I do not think they can garnish your pension / social security funds.
