Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

Is there a way for an illiterate to get into the army? Even with just a 3rd to 4th grade reading level. Be it petition or some sort of loop hole. Even if it was just to be a foot soldier (infantry) and nothing more.

Is this a serious inquiry? Nowadays, the military is a sophisticated organization utilizing technology rather than brute strength to fight battles. You should contact your local army recruiting office.
