Unempolyment Appeal

Would like to know, what it means when you have appealed to the Curcuit court a repayment of unemployment benefits and they send you a SP.CT.218 and 1st pre-trail conference call?

The initial case management conference within 35 days after the parties are at issue and must occur no more than 182 from the date the complaint was filed. It is basically a way for the court to set up some deadlines during the court of litigation, for instance, the court may consider the following: 1. issues of the case, pleadings, what depositions need to be taken, what needs to be done for discovery, etc.
