When bowling in a tournament yuo have been placed on the worst lanes in the bowling ally for three years strait can I sue for discrimanation

You would have to be in a legally protected class of people (race, women, ethnic, religion, etc...) and have some proof that you were pretty much singled out for this treatment. Then you'd have to prove the "damage" you suffered.
