Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
My sister and her fiance have recently called off their marriage. Her fiance put a loan for her car in his name. Mind you that she has been making 550 car payment since april 2009, he is up and taking her car from her, leaving her without transportation and around 12,000$ invested into a cts cadillac, that he now "owns". Is their anything my sister can do to or does she have to just salvage this loss and learn from this assholes mistakes?

Your sister should bring a court action against him. If she can prove she has been making the car payments and that the payments are not a gift to him, she should be able to make some sort of recovery.
