how to get my back from a bad car fixer
i went to get my car fix and the guy charge me 312 hundra dallors and did not fix my car icame back and he was trying to charge me all over again so i went some where esl they fix my car it was a tune up how do i take this guy to court and get my money back

You can go to small claims court and file suit. He must appear and/or respond. At that stage, you can determine what you will need for a trial.
