If I come in to see you and tell you I have committed a crime do you have to report it.

attorney client privilege should be
maintained by an attorney and if the
attorney feels uncomfortable, he or she has the option of not representing the person.

A lawyer's obligation is to report a crime the client tells him that he will commit in the future, and then does so. Please call for an appointment. The attorney, client privlige belongs to you, not me.
