Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I have a small problem, well actually maybe big. I have two neighbors that are getting on my nerves as I will explain. The first is a family of five Husband, Wife two boys and a girl and their marriage is on the "rocks". The Wife must fend for herself and the kids as well as she can and she has no job, the man works construction and contributes nothing to the household. They fight all the time the police have been to their residence quite frequently as well as Department of Children & Family Services. The problem with these neighbors are their 9 year old daughter comes down to my residence all the time because I always have some kind of animals dumped on me and she finds out somehow. Now all parties excluding myself are related. The last neighbor is in my opinion a compulsive liar who lives next door to me. He makes up stories about being a veteran which is by Illinois law I know a felony to claim to be, and/or impersonate a veteran. He was arrested about 2 months ago on a charges of domestic battery. The weapon was a pair of numchucks this man is 82 years old and I believe strongly has dementia. He claims his son is either a current active or ex-ncis agent. and that his uncle is the #2 man in the f.b.i. out in Arizona. Now today he yelled out at me and accused me of having an affair with his neighbors wife and told me i was not king david. the neighbor who he is related to, called the police and said he was concerned for the safety of his child. And he was also going to blow my head off the both of them. (Both Neighbors) for having a affair that did not happen. I need to know what my options are, because I definetly do not want their children back down here at my residence when I and my family have been nothing but nice to them but still when you tell these kids to go on they barge in or whenever they want and go wherever in the house. Any Help Would Be Appreciated..

Hire an attorney who can help you get a restraining order. You can try a police report but that may not be acted upon and you might find yourself in the middle of a mess without an attorney on your side.
