How do I file a motion to quash a outstanding bench warrant 2007 for a dui charge on private property? I have moved to IL and can't get my IL drivers license because of this issue. I can not go back to Colorado because of undue hardship finances, going through bankruptcy..etc. Plus if I do go back to Colorado I will get arrested for this warrant. Please help me! Tell me what I should do. Thank you!
