I need to know how to get my license reinstated. I went to my classes and aftercare went to formal heraing and got denied

A suspension is for a period of time. You have to wait until that time is up. Then you pay the reinstatement fee, and you get your license back. If you have other problems in getting your license back, please feel free to call me.
