Changing a childs last name in illinois

I have a child from another man before my fiance. I havent talked to him in 5 years and my son has never met him. Ive looked him up and he doesnt live at his address anymore and i dont have a number to reach him at(my ex). My fiance and i would like to change my sons last name to his. How can i do this in the least expensive way if i cant find his biological father?
