Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have a child with my exwife and 3 children with my current wife, one of which is disabled. I am wanting to sign my rights over for the child i have with my exwife. she moved out of state and i have no rights to the child. ive lost my license because i have been unable to pay my child support because I have to stay at home with my disabled son and my other two children while my wife works. what can i do and if i hire a lawyer to help me relinquish my rights what are the chances of me winning.
