Child Support

My child support order was terminated in October at Minor child's 18th Birthday,Now custodial parent wants support til she graduates from High School,I go to court at the end of Febuary,now if she wins the case,am i liable for the 3 previous months even though It only stopped because of the child support document and not by anything that I had control over.

If your child support order was only until 18 and your divorce decree said nothing about additional support then you should not be responsible for any past payments.
