Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm going to College to improve myself. My son's mother is slandering my name. Because the state decided to cut the child support. She is also using the support for her bills. Like electric, rent, and her cell phone bill. Is that legal?

That is what support is for. To pay bills. You have no right to an accounting of the monies she received from you.
