My cousin help me raise my 3 daughters. HE NOW WANTS TO ADOPTED THEM.THEY ARE ALL OVER 18 AND ARE ADULT. MY COUSIN IS PRETTY WELL OFF.HE WANTS THE GIRLS TO HAVE HIS MONEY IN THE END.CAN HE ADOPTED THEM.

The person making the final decision about the adoption is the judge. If your cousin files a petition to adopt, he will have to notify you; however, as you stated, your children are adults and can make their own decisions if that is what they want to do. Also, if your cousin wants your children to inherit from him, he does not have to adopt them for this to happen. He can just draft a will indicating what your children will receive from him upon his death.
