Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughter bought a house. Both her and her boyfriends name was on it. The boyfriend has not lived there now for four months. Is there a way to get his name off the title?

Nothing says he has to live there to be an owner. Only if he agrees can his nae come off unless the house is sold or your daughter files a law suit against her boyfriend to divide their interests in the land.
