what is the law

my ex owes me over $459.000 in child support and he left the state I and the children (3) live to avoid paying. During the 17 years he has become rich and is worth 11 million dollars but he put everything he owns in his brothers name. How can i get the money he owes us?

You can definitely pursue the arrearage even though the children might now be over 18. Enforcement can come in many forms, including contempt. If the judge or magistrate believes that he has the ability to pay, your ex may be put in jail until he does...

I would suggest you send me an email with your phone number to discuss in further detail.If I can get all the facts I think the money can be collected since it seems the
