If you have attempted to serve him twice and do not know his physical address, you may be able to sign an affidavit for service by publication, publish notice in an appropriate paper and obtain a judgment by publication. Be prepare d to explain to the judge all of the efforts you have made to attempt to locate him.

Doesn't sound like an uncontested divorce to me. Uncontested means that the parties have entered into an agreement dividing their marital property and providing for the support and custody of their children if there are any. You clearly have not done this or you would know how to locate your husband. If you have done this, then you contact him and ask where he wants to be served, i.e., at work or at home. If that won't work, contact legal assistance in your area.
