Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

I am on C1D visa since 2001, maried with american citizen and we have toghether a 7 years old boy.Last year on Oct. 1st I got a hearing in front of an immigration judge who got me an extention till may 3 2010. there is anything we can do to avoid deportation or disolving this mariage?

Entry to USA on a crewmember visa and failure to depart the USA on time made you ineligible for adjustment of status. You might be able to apply for a visa and a hardship waiver. If approved, a visa can be issued at the US consulate in your home country.
