I have an autoimmune disease. My employer has been aware of my illness since I was hired. I am an hourly employee. When I am too ill to work I call in sick. Can my employer fire me for call offs or cut down my hours?

Are you on intermittent FMLA? Employees, on FMLA for a serious medical condition must comply with their employer's reaosnable attendance policies.
