Discrimination against truck drivers
Having a restriction of amount of weight you can lift makes you partially disabled. Trucking company will not hire because of this. Is this a discrimination on handicapped. Very capable of driving just not lifting over 50#.

is not discrimination. This
falls into the category of
the prospective employer
advising that the requirements
for the job are not met.
