If a person is employed and becomes salary and the employer says that they will pay insurance on u and ur kids

after six months of beening salary and they doesn't. Is that considered as a suite? (law suite)

This sounds like a breach of contract action to me and possibly a violation of ERISA. A lawsuit results when you file an action against the company in court to enforce the agreement. This does not "become" a lawsuit on its own. My advice is you need to place a demand in writing to the employer that he honor the pormise.
