Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I'm not aware of a law that requires the employer to compensate you that amount. That is the amount you can claim up to for tax purposes and most employers generally provide such reimbursement. My question to you is this: are you being paid at least the minimum wage per hour? The law requires that, despite the way you are compensated, you must be paid at least minimum wage. Expense reimbursements are NOT wages.
