Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
Do I need to repay a signed on bonus to my former employer if my name is is typed into the signature section, not handwritten? The other thing is that there is a fax time and date stamp on the form from the office I was at.

The short is answer is yes. Your employer can sue you under a theory of equity to recover what is fair.
