Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I was terminated and did not recive a reason why nor did I receive any corrective actions. I worked at the company from 04/07/2009 and never received a write up. My Supervisor called me at the end of the day and said because I had 12 unfinished recertification it will be my last day.

Since you did not ask a question, I can only guess you want to know if you can be fired for no reason. Unless you have an employment contract, or are subject to a collective bargaining agreement, your employment was "at-will" meaning the employer can terminate you at any time for no reason. Likewise, you can quit at any time for no reason.
