Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I am being sued by remington place apartments llc over a lease i broke. my lease is with remington place apartments lp. does it matter that the company name is different. They are F rated by the better business bureu and i think this may be a falsified suit

Unfortunately, it doesnt really matter if the apartment name is different. It is likely a parent company or otherwise.
