Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
discharge ?
i enlisted dec 87 to dec 91,and got
a re-r1 discharge. then in feb 92 i went back in the navy ,and got a re4 bad discharge. which discharge do they go ?

Miitary recruiters need to look at the RE Code on the most recent DD 2-214 to determine whether or not a servicemember can reenlist into the military. Feel free to contact me if you need assistance in trying to upgrade your RE Code.
