Rape in the military

My husband is in active duty. i was recently raped by his team leader. I want to know if there is anyway for him to switch to the reserves to be closer to home or to chapter him out the the army

You may lodged the report to concerned police official and military conerned authorities and for that it is advisable to consult the attorney.

This incident should be reported to the appropriate police department. If on base, then to the base police. If off base, then to the civilian police department. Even if this offense took place off base, there is/might be a collateral military offense. Whether this is or can be an incident that will be a basis for your husband to transfer to a reserve unit is most speculative, and probably dependent somewhat on what branch of service.
