Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
positive urinalysis
I tested positive for a small amount of cocaine. I did everything my command asked of me. I paid for counseling and was found not to have a proublem. I was discharged with under honorable. I tried to reenlist but was denied. is there anything I can do to get back in?

Your problem is your re-enlistment code. That needs to be changed. Army or Navy??
