lost title. what if the title to a home sale is lost? Can one be manufactured for the sale of the home? The home seller is performing a search for the lost title. I would like to proceed with the purchase of this home asap. What options do I have?

If it is a mobile home, you can get the title by way of affidavit from the Secretary of State (same day). On normal real estate there is no way you can"lose" the title.

You can pull title and find out what interest a particular an individual or company has in the real estate.

It generally takes about a week to pull title, but we can get it doen in 24 hours if needed
