Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
My neighbor is complaining about the fact that my downspouts are too long causing water to run onto her property. The area of drainage has no buildings near it, just grass. Do I need to trim the downspouts? Thank you.

If you are not causing damage to her property, I would not worry about it.
