Harassment at company sponsored event

When an employee volunteers to participate in a company sponsored community service event and is sexually harassed by someone employed at the organization receiving the community service, what is the liability of the companies?

Generally, there is no liability against an employer under a situation where someone else commits the harassment at a sponored event.
