Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
driver license
how can I get my driver license back. I lost it over ten years ago because of a settlement from a accident. I don't have enough money to pay back.

Re: driver license
If there was a judgment over seven years ago, the judgment may have expired. They generally last seven years unless some specific legal action is taken to keep them alive. You should see if that has happened. I have written a book about Illinois driver's licenses, and your situation is addressed in the book. It can be found on Amazon.com.
More about the book is available at:

It does have a section describing what to do if there is an old judgment suspending your license. Good luck.
