Chilren of deceased

I was wondering if children of a deceased person from a first marriage can be excluded in a will. mystepmother s children grandchildren are the only ones included he had 9 kids by my mother and 7 by my stepmother can u help

with an adjustment factor for a spouse, a person has a right to leave his property to whomever he wishes. If there *weren't* a will all children would stand on the same footing, but his will can do anything.

Yes. Children can always be disinherited. In fact any one can be disinherited EXCEPT a spouse.
