Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
if a family member has my mothers will wont show it to other siblingsand will not file it in cival court who do i turn it into for him evading filing.i do know it is the law he has to file it so who would i contact to prsicute him for wrong doing?

Rather than worry about prosecting anyone, why don't you fil a civil suit in the probate court asking for a court order to deliver the Will?
