work related issue and second employer

I am having problem with health related to work and can not do the job. Second job -partime does not reqwuire same type of work and I can do that. Should I go to work at my second partime job?

Yes, in my opinion.

If you are removed from both jobs and your first employer knows about your "second" job, then they have to pay you TTD checks based upon the average weekly wage of BOTH employers combined - it is called concurrent employment.

However, if you have a work restriction that would cover only the first job, it would be my recommendation that you attend the second job.

I would also inform the insurance carrier about both jobs, so that they know the correct amount of your average weekly wage and your permanency settlement is correct.
