bounced a cheque
sir,my 5 cheque of 5000/-(Allahabad bank of india) are bounced.so what charges on me from bank & that person who recieve the cheques

As per your agreed terms you are required to pay the charges . The said charges are proportionately nominal . If exorbitent charges are levied you can challenge the same before Consumer Court

bank charges vary from bank to bank and the person concerned can take you to courts if you dint pay him the money even after receipt of the notice from him.
you are bound to give ONLY CHEQUE AMOUNT nothing else.
pay him the money when he sends notice to you.
