Legal Question in Banking Law in India

suggestion required on Home loan

Sir, iam planning too take a home form centralized banks but they ask for lot of paper work to do ie they ask for proper papers but i dont have the IT returns as i was working form past 6 months only .

please suggest me how should i proceed and the precaution that i have to take while approaching any private banks like ICICI , Citibank

In my opinion basic papers constituting title deeds may be taken . However in some cases unwarrntedly papers are sought from borrowers . Even though apparantely rates of some banks are glamarous the proved track record old banks like nationalised banks in long run are profitable for housing loan . there are less chances of losses if you you honestly pay the instalment in time or before it

You may get loan on the basis of your salary certificate or your appointment letter which might have mentioned you annual CTC.

beware of banks while signing the documents. read all documents carefully and ask for amendments which i am sure they will not do.

see they will do whatever they like and will not compromise but you have to try as much changes u can get
