Legal Question in Banking Law in India

summon from MM, Rohini,Delhi

I got a summon but the copy of charge with the said summon was not there.But,from the said summon I surmised that it is u/s 138 N.I.Act against a complaint of SBI CARDS.

Please advice what to do as I made payment by cash to their authorised agent at Kolkata against bounced cheque well before getting the notice.

you will have to appear get the case papers and then contest the matter on merit. however you should file police case and consumer case against SBI Card and its agent

appear before the MM and submit the details and if possible then file complaint against sbi for harassment and i can help you in this
