Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

in 2011 my mom started boli kities of 11 lac. she never received the amount but made to pay the entire amt. the lady says she has paid but my mom never received any sum. theres no written proof. pls help

You can try with police of your area .....But the chances are bleak but you will not going to loose anything as you have already lost .
