Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

in 2011 my mom started boli kities of 11 lac. she never received the amount but made to pay the entire amt. the lady says she has paid but my mom never received any sum. theres no written proof. pls help

Boli kitties are governed by madras chit fund act 1961 and delhi chit fund rules 1964. There is a provision of redress in such laws.
